About Me
I've always known that my passion is helping and teaching so after taking a sociology class with a social worker in high school, I decided I would go to college for social work. I graduated from Buena Vista University in 2013 with my Bachelor's in Social Work. I've worked in the social work field with families in Sioux Falls for over 8 years.
A few years later I went to a class about essential oils, started using them, and fell in love with this alternative to mainstream products. Thus begun my clean living journey. Now I teach about essential oils, clean living, and sell essential oils and clean products as well.

In 2019 I had my son with the support of a birth doula. I learned about the many benefits of a doula through that experience. As a new parent I soon realized there are a lot of gaps in information and support for new parents. In the fall of 2020 I took a Postpartum Doula workshop through DONA International and started my postpartum doula work here in Sioux Falls, SD. In January 2022, I became a certified postpartum doula through DONA International. Click on the Postpartum Doula tab to learn more about what I am currently offering.

This combination of social work experience and essential oil experience has lead me to be a huge advocate in holistic health- looking at health as a whole- mind, body, and spirit as well as the many environmental factors that impact our overall health.
