About Me

I've always known that my passion is helping and teaching so at a young age I decided I would go to college for social work. I graduated from Buena Vista University in 2013 with my Bachelor's in Social Work. I've worked in the field with families for over 7 years.

A few years later I went to a class about essential oils, starting using them, and fell in love with this alternative to mainstream products. Now I teach about essential oils as well as sell them.

In 2019 I had my son with the support of a birth doula. I learned about the many benefits of a doula through that experience. As a new parent I soon realized there are a lot of gaps in information and support for new parents. In the fall of 2020 I took a Postpartum Doula workshop through DONA International.

This combination of social work experience and essential oil experience has lead me to be a huge advocate in holistic health- looking at health as a whole- mind, body, and spirit as well as the many environmental factors that impact our overall health.
