Carrie's vision is that everyone have their own supportive community where they are empowered and honestly equipped to live their healthiest lives- mind, body, and spirit and where that culture gets passed down to future generations.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Carrie provided exceptional postpartum doula services to me and my family aftger our fifth child was born. Scheduling with her was very easy. When she arrived, I knew we'd made the right choice. I was able to relax and get a real shower while she helped with our baby, light housekeeping, and some meal prep.

She consulted with me and my husband prior to our birth and was supportive of us before we had her guidance as my son was staying in the NICU.

She was easy to ask questions. She never discounted my emotions or worries going into any scenario.  She was patient and understading and a great guide along the first steps of motherhood.

I will never stop telling my friends about how wonderful it is to have the support of a supportive doula in your village.

Carrie was so great during our postpartum season. She came to our home and was willing to do all the things I had on my to-do list that I never got around to doing with a new baby. She helped prepare meals, fold clothes, reorganize our fridge and freezer, and so much more! Carrie also answered questions and brought information we'd ask for regarding the postpartum season, such as ways to help soothe baby, information about breastfeeding, and ways to best heal and nurture my body. We couldn't imagine doing postartum withouth her help and are thankful for her and all she's done for our family.
